Refund and Dispute Policy

Subscription Services

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription status will be retained until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds available within 30 days of purchase, prorated for unused months.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@trucost.ca
  2. Provide your account details and description of the issue
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  4. If unresolved, you may dispute the charge with your payment provider

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
  • No cancellation fees apply

Account Termination
