Refund and Dispute Policy
Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription status will be retained until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds available within 30 days of purchase, prorated for unused months.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute:
- Contact our customer service team at support@trucost.ca
- Provide your account details and description of the issue
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If unresolved, you may dispute the charge with your payment provider
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No cancellation fees apply
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service. In such cases:

- Refunds may be provided at our discretion
- You may export your data before termination
